Dr. B. Geetha, Programme Coordinator, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sandhiyur welcomed the gathering. Dr. H. Philip, Director of Extension Education, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, chaired the session and explained the concept of the Scientific Advisory Committee meeting, importance of SAC recommendations and how it helps the KVK activities. Dr. B. Geetha, Programme Coordinator, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sandhiyur presented the action taken report on the 14th Scientific Advisory Committee meeting and key activities of KVK, Sandhiyur. The members of SAC expressed their views and suggestions for the effective implementation of KVK activities and the same is compiled as recommendation of the XV SAC meeting.
